All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is free on orders of $50.00 or more. Below that threshold standard shipping is $5.99. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination, and the price shown at checkout is the final shipping cost.

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours and is closed on national holidays.

• Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2 to 7 days.
• International shipments are generally in transit for 4 to 22 days, depending on the carrier selected at checkout.

Tracking your order

When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 10 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@bambooven.com with your name and order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. The value of the goods is refunded; original shipping charges are not. Full details are in our refund policy.

Warranty

We honour valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receiving your items, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Customers pre-pay return shipping on a warranty return and we reimburse it once the claim is approved. We process warranty claims within 7 days of receiving the item, and you can choose a refund to your original payment method or a replacement if stock is available.

Stock availability

We try to keep stock counts accurate, but occasionally an item sells out between your order and fulfilment. In that case we ship the available items, refund the out-of-stock items, and contact you.

Addresses we ship to

We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only, and to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are not available for these destinations.

Changes and cancellations

A delivery address can be changed, and an order can be cancelled, at any time before it has been dispatched. Email info@bambooven.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Duties and taxes

Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated and shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes on international shipments may be payable on arrival in the destination country and vary by country. If a shipment is refused at the destination, the goods are returned to us at the customer's expense and the customer is refunded the value of the goods less the cost of return shipping. The original shipping cost is not refunded.

Damaged or lost parcels

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse it from the courier where possible and contact us. If it was delivered while you were out, contact us for next steps. We issue a refund or send a replacement once the carrier completes its investigation.
